Great to hear! I never have had the test done. Not with Rowan, and not this time. I wonder if they only do it when they suspect something might be wrong? I'm just thankful that everything is okay!
Actually this test is standard in Alberta, altho I didn't have it done with Tristian (the Dr forgot).. and the screening test picks up all those that have GD plus a lot more - the Dr. told me my levels were normal and I was one of those 'a lot more' people that the screening test picks up. Yes I am really thankful that everything is ok!!
congrats to Kevin on passing the test!! Yay!! Oh yeah, and I'm SO relieved for you that you don't have GD!!!! They do that test here too every time...
